Poindexter Place features a 104 one bedroom apartment units which helps to foster independent living for senior citizens with still providing support services. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, on-site laundry on each floor with common areas located in the center of each floor as well. Two common areas are located on the first floor: a general common area equipped with tables and chairs; and a larger community room with multiple styles of seating, a fireplace and kitchen for events.
