At 12,000-sq.ft., the headquarters for The Ohio Society of CPA’s (OSCPA) is home to a space which is collaborative and an environment of continual innovation and improvement. The brand and character of the space reflect the new spirit of OSCPA and was created to not only further enhance the work environment for associates already a part of the organization, but also future associates as well. Many examples of the open and collaborative environment are seen throughout the space by the way the work spaces are arranged: open and with multiple departments next to each other to allow efficient communication. Break-Away spaces are located throughout the main office space as well giving associates different seating arrangements to allow for a different feel to each collaboration. Private offices are along the interior walls with clear glass windows to also allow an open feeling to the space.
