This 18 story building features 139 apartments, a 550 car parking garage, and a two level Kroger. Located at the midpoint of the Cincinnati’s streetcar route, On-the-Rhine transforms a surface parking lot into a hub connecting two development zones at the opposite ends of the city: historic Over-the-Rhine and the business district near Fountain Square.
