This project consists of a 12-story mixed-use development featuring hospitality and residential well as retail services in the Shaw Historic District. This dual brand hotel and apartment building is composed of 357 Courtyard by Marriott rooms, 47 Residence Inn rooms, and 203 apartments named The Lurgan. The adaptive reuse project has it incorporating eight historic buildings, namely a Civil War-era home.
