This project won a 2007 AIA New York State Citation for Design. The science center at Bard College represents a commitment made by the school to integrate science more fully into its liberal arts curriculum. The project was designed to have the least impact on and to fit within the scenic quality of the campus. The gentle curve of the building reflects the lines found in the campus walk that connects the campus to it's environment.
