Home to Alliance Data Systems’ credit card division, this 565,000-sq.ft. campus just south of Easton Towne Center is comprised of three buildings all of which are connected via covered or interior walkways. With two, 240,000-sq.ft., four-story buildings flanking the three-story main building, the u-shaped configuration of the campus creates a green space in the center that was not disturbed during construction. With the addition of walking paths and lighting, this greens-space allows for an outdoor area uncommon in most new-builds due to the fully grown trees that are there. The main building, which is home to the sizable cafeteria, has a two-story atrium entrance-way that has a catwalk above allowing ample natural light to pour into the second floor. Within this building is the innovation lab: the place where ADS’s new technology is on showcase; large gym that can be utilized by all employees; and boardroom with views looking out onto the whole campus. The two 4-story buildings are similar in design with such features as elevator lobbies that are distinguished by color and have wood finishing on the ceilings and walls.
