Located across from Nationwide Children’s Hospital and below a full-time fitness center, Alchemy intersects two of the fastest-growing industries in the United States: healthcare and food. The minimalist feel of Alchemy provides a modern, yet calming atmosphere if one is coming down the stairs from working out in the upper floors or in from work at the hospital. With the entrances facing east and west respectively, a multitude of light is able to spill into the space creating an airy atmosphere. Wood highlights are noted throughout the space as well including three free standing “pillars” that provide shelving, counter seating, and more in the center of the cafe.
