Sitting on a 14-acre site that allows for expansion of not only this 33,260sq.ft. building but also the Licking Memorial Health (LMH) campus, this medical office building is primarily home to the Orthopedic Surgical Center which is housed on the second floor with the main floor housing the Center for Sight. Both waiting rooms for each department is southeast facing allowing for ample lighting the length of the waiting room and also plentiful room for seating so patients do not feel crowded or uncomfortable. Before entering the Orthopedic Surgical Center on the second floor, a two-story seating area has amble windows that allowing for a relaxing environment outside of the main waiting area. The Orthopedic Surgical Center offers the community outpatient orthopedic surgeries, orthopedic services and sports medicine services. The Center for Sight has not only the ability to provide its clients optometrical services, but also is now equipped for ophthalmological services as well as LASIK and cataract eye surgeries.
